Cancellation Policy

Any entries are an agreement between 4 Active Paws and the competitor. Nosework Games does not accept any liability for refunds or third-party claims. Refunds will not be given once an entry has been accepted. If 4 Active Paws has to cancel the competition, we reserve the right to deduct any reasonable expenses incurred before refunds are issued. It is the responsibility of every competitor to assess if a game is safe for them and their dog. If they feel it is unsafe or unsuitable, they should speak to the organiser/scorer, if the matter cannot be resolved they should not take part. By entering any Nosework Games competition you undertake to abide by the regulations of that competition and not to bring any dog to a competition which has contracted or been knowingly exposed to any infectious or contagious disease during the 21 days prior to the competition or which is suffering from a visible condition which adversely affects its health or welfare. Breaches of regulations are liable to disqualification whether the competitor was aware of them or not. By entering a trial, you agree to your results being published on-line. If you do not wish photos/videos of you to be published on-line, please make the organiser aware.
